Cancellation of any plan can be done by sending a request email to cancel @ imglobal.com. The premium is not refunded if you have filed a claim. Based on when you request for cancellation the amount of premium to be refunded will change as follows:

Patriot Travel/GoTravel Platinum
Patriot Exchange/Group Exchange

Cancellation before the policy starts:
The premium is refunded fully

Cancellation after the policy starts:
A cancellation fee of $50 will charged by IMG
Only full month premium will be refunded

The premium is refunded fully

Cancellation after the policy starts:
A cancellation fee of $25 will charged by IMG
Pro-rated refund depending on the period of time left for the coverage to end

Cancellation within 15 days of purchase:
The premium is refunded fully

Cancellation after the 15 of purchase:
The cancellation will be accepted at the sole desertion of IMG and the premium is refunded depending on the recognized refund schedule, not a pro-rated basis

Cancellation after 10 days of purchase:
No refund

A cancellation fee of $25 will charged by HCCMIS
Only unused portion of the premium will be refunded

Student Secure Select/Budget/Smart

Cancellation before the policy starts:
The premium is refunded fully

Cancellation after the policy starts:
A cancellation fee of $25 will charged by HCCMIS
Only unused portion of the premium will be refunded
No refund if cancellation request is sent after 60 days from the policy start date

The email must have a subject containing the first name and last name of the policy holder and the body of the email must contain policy holders name, date of birth, certificate number and date of cancellation. Cancellation after the policy starts:
The premium is considered fully earned and is non-refundable

Cancellation of any plan can be done by sending a request email to Travel Insurance Services. Original Confirmation of insurance must be returned to Travel Insurance Services. Cancellation before the policy starts: $25 processing fee will be considered
