The usage of deductible and coinsurance:
You get hospitalized for a major dental injury and other accidental injuries
You will have to pay this $250 as the chosen deductible is $250
For the remaining expenses, the plan will pay 90% of the first $5,000. ie. plan will pay $4,500 and you will pay $500
The plan will then pay the remaining eligible expenses
